What a Disaster...Don't Wash!

I purchased this comforter set for my daughter and son-in-law because she liked the colors and it was washable. Soon after she received it, my potty training grandson had an accident. She thought no problem. It's washable. She loaded into her oversized front loading washing machine and put it on gentle cycle. What a disaster! Whatever the comforter was filled with shifted and bunched which caused the fabric to tear. After she dryed it on low, the filling was crinkly and stuck together. My daughter contacted customer service months ago. They told her to send pictures of the damaged comforter. Thus far she hasn't heard back from them. She wants the comforter replaced since she redecorated her bedroom to match, otherwise I'd just return it and buy something different.

LOVE this product

I was a little hesitant to purchase this set due to other reviews, but I love the print so much I couldn't resist. Now that I have it I'm so glad! I don't think it's scratchy or uncomfortable at all. I highly recommend this set for its overall beauty and quality.

Love this Comforter set!

This comforter is beautiful! I get so many compliments on it and it is very comfortable. I haven't tried to wash it but I will take it to the dry cleaners if needed because of the other reviews. It's a great buy! :)
