Only 1 sham?

I bought a queen sized spread, which should come with 2 shams. It only had one. I emailed and phoned the company. The customer service representative told me that they would send a second sham, so I went ahead and put the spread on the bed. It looked great. Several days later, I noticed that I had a response to my email. That customer representative told me that I needed to deal with Amazon, not with the company. I called the company again (by this time the spread had been on the bed - shamless- for 2 weeks). I was told that they would not send another sham and that I would have to return the whole thing to Amazon. I asked if they would sell me a second sham, and I was told that they do not sell shams individually. So, I called Amazon and explained the situation. Amazon gave me a partial refund and did not require that I return the spread, since I had been using it for 2 weeks. I will not buy another Lamont Home product, but I am impressed with Amazon's response. Bottom line: the spread is great, but not without 2 shams.

More than I hoped

I had been looking for a chenille bedspread that was well made, I found it. The color was a little brighter blue but not too much and the weight is perfect. I think this will last for a long time. I am very pleased.

worth the money

Love this bed cover it is well made and looks rich and beautiful. It is a wonderful replacement for the one i had for 20 years and needed replaced desperately.
