This item was actually better than I had anticipated. It is a large King bed quilt and it fits very well, even on a quilted top mattress. The color is true to the picture.

Greenland Home Vashon King Quilt Set, Blue

I was very surprised at the quality of this quilt. It lays well, washes well, does not wrinkle. Just right for sleeping with the air condition in warm weather. With colder nights all we do is add another blanket and it is perfect. The quilt is true to color and so soft. I did purchase the King size which fits my Queen mattress perfectly as it comes down longer on the sides like a bedspread. Just what I was looking for. I am extremely happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good quality quilt at a reasonable price.

Nice Quilt

I bought this for the master bed in our cabin style lake house. It is a good weight for summer and adding a blanket will be fine for winter. The stiching is nice and the queen size quilt fits fine on my pillow top bed. The shams for the queen quilt fit fine with just one pillow in them. (Other sets that I have purchased in the past require two pillows to fill the sham). The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the color is a little off. Amazon says blue and other sites said the color was slate blue. It is more towards the color slate blue though it needs a shade or two more gray to be what I would consider slate blue.
