I've had this headboard in my wish list for 2 years. I finally made the order and first I'll start by commenting on the fast delivery. I placed the order on April 12, 2012 and I was shocked to pull up and see the box sitting on my front porch on April 26! That was a nice surprise considering that when I first made the order the expected delivery date was May 15 - June 4. I live in central Nebraska, so maybe I'm closer to a warehouse or something. I can't believe it came just 14 days after I ordered it.The product was easy to assemble and overall I'm very pleased with the quality of the materials and construction. Originally I was looking for something taller, like over 60 inches. But I liked the look of this enough that I settled for 54" tall and I'm really glad I did.Choosing a color was difficult since there's so many good choices. I tend to go with neutral brown colors for most of my furniture so I chose "cocoa". Honey was another option but was a little too gold/yellowish for me. I should mention that if you're wanting cocoa, you should order it soon because a rep from Skyline said they discontinued that color. Amazon informed me they still had cocoa in their warehouse inventory so I lucked out. Skyline will send you samples if you want to see other colors, I had them send me a handful. Buckwheat is a very light tan if you like lighter neutral colors. I also really liked berry (it's pretty much red) but I chose cocoa so that any color of sheets/bedding would match.Other reviews talk about confusing instructions, but seriously, if you have half a brain you can figure it out with no instructions. I didn't have any missing bolts which is also something other reviews mentioned. Everything was there for me. Potential buyers should know that this particular item is a headboard only, and does not include side rails or a frame. I have a metal frame from Denver Mattress and the headboard bolted right up to it easily.I have a strong eye for quality, and trust me this is a great product. The velvet is soft and attractive. Very comfortable to lean up against if you like to sit up and read. Also, my bedroom isn't that big and I was afraid that having a king size headboard with wingbacks would really overpower the room, but it doesn't.Hopefully this is helpful. I just tried to think of all the concerns I had when looking into the product. It's a great headboard and I think it'll last a long time. You can't beat the price and the free shipping. I looked all over on Amazon and other sites for something similar and this was the best option for me, both price wise and product wise.

Love this headboard, color is a rich peacock blue/green jewel tone, velvet fabric is very rich and soft. Headboard pic on amazon does not do it justice, you will not be disappointed with this! I put this headboard together by myself, it took a bit longer being that I ordered a Cal king size so moving it around was a little hard. The only thing was they only sent the bolts and washers for the main headboard and for the bedframe to attach, not for the side wing pieces you have to attach, it wasn't too big of a deal just went to hardware store and picked up some more. Other than that perfect! Arrived earlier than expected :)

I ordered this headboard in white and i was really hesitant but when i got it it was just what i was looking for. I highly recomend this headboard, it looks great, easy to assemble and really adds a touch of elegance to the room.
