The mattress itself is amazing. I've never had a memory foam mattress before, and I took a risk by ordering one online. The mattress does have a light chemical smell for the first 48 hours, but it dissipates. It's definitely firm, but I love a firm mattress. It passes the famous "wine glass test". The description of the item states that the frame will be included. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. I had to call Amazon to get another one ordered and spent over an hour on the phone. They sent me one for free since the item description was so deceptive. (Excellent customer service, Amazon!) However, I would warn anyone that this item DOES NOT include the frame. The mattress alone, however, is worth every penny.

This bed was a godsend for my family. My husband, myself, and our child were all sharing a queen sized bed that stabbed us in the ribs, then a new bed was given to us but it was only full sized! Only two of us could fit in it at a time! Both of those where box spring beds.This King sized bed is Perfect for the three of us and the memory foam is so nice to sleep on. Sometimes we wake up stiff because we don't move around as much on it, but that is my only complaint so far! We've been told that they get very hot in the summer, but have yet to experience any problems that can't be solved by taking a blanket off.

I love the mattress but the frame amazon shows in the picture is not what was sent. All I received was a metal folding box spring, period. No base/legs and instructions state to set box spring on frame. That was not what I ordered. Amazon customer service said I could ship it back, yah like once the mattress is out of the box and it expands, who is going to put it back in the box. I also understand that this was a purchase through the warehouse and it was discounted $100, but in its description on the buy page, the warehouse never said the base frame was not included. Like always with amazon, customer service worked out a good deal for me and sent me a new base frame for $25.
